Ourlads' Associate General Manager/Senior Draft Analyst Jon Cooper was inducted into the Benedictine (IL) University Athletics Hall of Fame on December ninth. Cooper spent 45 years as a high school and college football coach spending his last eleven years as the head coach at Benedictine University. Cooper has been associated with Ourlads' Scouting Services since 1993. He retired from Benedictine in 2016 and rejoined Ourlads as a draft analyst and scout. Cooper joins Dan Shonka's friend and former colleague, Bill Callahan, who was inducted in the Benedictine Hall of Fame in 2004. Callahan worked with Dan with the Philadelphia Eagles and is currently the offensive line coach with the Cleveland Browns. He has also been an alumni supporter of Benedictine football.
