We often get requests for back issues. For those of you who keep and research draft information we have prepared the following price schedule for those publications that remain in print. Please also note that the credit card minimum charge is $15.00.

To place an order, just fill out the form below. Once you have filled it out, you have the option to:

1. Submit the completed form online.
2. Place your order by phone: toll free 1-800-PRO-DRAFT
(during hours of 9 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time).
3. Mail the completed form to:
