#75 Chris Lindstrom – OG – 6’4/310
Four year starter. The rock of the BC line which has been consistently one of the best in the nation for a few years now. First Team All ACC in 2018 after being 2nd team in 2017. Father played in the NFL for 3 years. Mechanically sound and can handle the power and strength of the NFL right now. Really solid run blocker, excels with planned movement. Still struggling to adjust to lateral quickness. Sometimes too slow off the ball, doesn’t initiate enough. Can be trusted to get the job done. Third rounder that will start in the league.
#89 Tommy Sweeney – OG - 6’5/260
Fifth year senior with 3 years of starting experience. First team all ACC in 2018 after being 3rd team in 2017. Has the NFL body and blocking skill set that every team still looks for, even the wide open spread attacks. Blue collar player that does a lot of dirty work but if you sleep on him in the passing game, he will do damage. Had 68 catches over past 2 seasons. Likely a 4th/5th rounder.
#67 Aaron Monteiro – OT – 6’7/320
Four year starter. Third team All ACC. Really rough start to the season for him where I almost crossed him off the draftable list. Looked a little better mid-year and I caught his last two games and he was a different player. Not sure if he was hurt early in the year or just wasn’t in shape, but he put himself back into round 5/6 projection. I do think he is more likely to move inside or to right tackle. He gets sloppy with his lower body when it comes to knee bend and foot placement. Powerful kid though with excellent size.
#2 Zach Allen – DE – 6’5/285
Fourth year senior that could have come out after 2017 in my opinion. Chose to go back for his senior year and earned 2nd Team All ACC honors. A hybrid inside-out defender that molds his game after JJ Watt and I see a lot of similarities. Allen is a technician with his hands and use of leverage/power combination despite being tall. Really productive player that plays with a solid radius, reaches a lot. Had 30.5 TFL over the past 2 years. He is a level below Watt when it comes to athletic ability and upside, but there is still a chance at the first round for this versatile man-among-boys type player.
#11 Wyatt Ray – 6’3/255
Fourth year senior. Was playing in the shadows of Allen and Harold Landry for a few years but he finally got his shot in 2018. He responded with a team leading 9.5 sacks while earning 3rd Team All ACC honors. Has really good get off, better than Allen, and delivers a nasty blow to blockers. I think there is some hidden upside here. Likely a 3rd/4th rounder that can really burst out in the NFL.
#8 S Will Harris – S – 6’2/210
Took over the starting role towards the end of his freshman year and held onto it ever since. Team captain, 3rd team all ACC in 2018. Really good physial package with height/weight/length. Prefers to be in the box but he showed a lot of good tape in deep coverage. Fluid and assertive. If he tests well, I think he has a shot at day two.
#21 Lukas Denis – S – 5’11/185
Fourth year senior with 2 full years of starting experience. Appeared on the national radar after a 2017 season that saw him come down with 6 interceptions. He didn’t match that production in 2018 but his experience at both FS and CB will help his grade. He is below the basement line of desired-size for safety in the NFL but enough teams are employing nickel-safeties, a role I think he could thrive in, that he could end up in the round 5-6 range. Smart and reactive player.

#4 Brett Rypien – QB – 6’2/203
Has been a big hit on campus from the beginning where he won the MWC Freshman of the Year. Capped his career by winning MWC Offensive Player of the Year. Really good thrower of the ball, consistently accurate on all levels. No wasted motion, very quick decision maker with an easy release. His lack of size is the biggest deficiency and while that isn’t something that will ever change, Rypien has proven himself enough to warrant a day 3 pick. He doesn’t have a big time arm but it’s good enough especially considering what else he brings to the table.
#22 Alexander Mattison – RB – 5‘11/211
Junior that hasn’t declared yet. But after 2 strong years, including a 1st Team All MWC season in 2018, I think there is a strong chance he comes out. Has a good build for between the tackles running and shows loose hips to evade tacklers in space. Not a jump-off-fhe-screen athlete but he is an every down back. Catches well, blocks well, and can see the field. Mid rounder.
#7 AJ Richardson – WR – 6’0/212
Fifth year senior and two year starter. One of my top sleepers in this entire class. He needs to have a good pre-draft workout but if he does, I will certainly have a draftable grade on him while I don’t see anyone out there discussing him. Really tough kid with a strong build. One of the better hands-catchers I’ve seen this year. Just shows a nice combination of ball skills and strength. Possession receiver that has limitations, but someone I can trust.
#8 Jabril Frazier – OLB – 6’4/236
Fourth year senior. Has been at least a part time starter since 2016. Multiple injuries that needed 3 separate surgeries after 2017, medicals will be important here. Tools-rich player that will scream upside. Had a versatile role at Boise State, saw a lot of time in space covering receivers as well as rushing the passer from different angles. He is a little too straight-line for me but he might be drafted late.
#14 Tyler Horton – 5’11/185
Three year starter that has been named 1st Team All MWC two years in a row. Really fast and twitchy, plays at a different speed than his MWC opponents. Tough, hard nosed. Reminded me a lot of former Boise State 1st rounder Kyle Wilson who had some short success in the league. Can make his way in to the 3rd/4th round tier.

Fifth year senior. Began his career at junior college. In 2017 he jumped off the screen when he replaced Devante Downs after he tore his ACL. He took over the fulltime starting role in 2018 and led the team in tackles. Really good instincts and post-snap movement, something I always look for out of the position. A sure, strong tackler with some limitations in space, but an old school guy that can get the job done consistently. Key is whether teams think he can cover. Workouts will be big for him. Can be a 6th/7th rounder.

Fifth year senior. Began his career at Louisiana Monroe and won the Sun Belt Conference’s newcomer of the year award. He transferred to TCU and sat out 2016, then put 2 solid years together. Has a really good base that can produce power with quickness. Great footwork, excels at inside rush moves. He didn’t have the 2018 I expected, but he still compiled 33.5 TFL over 2 years. He is solid across the board but lacks a standout trait. Still viewed as a 4th or 5th rounder.
#91 LJ Collier – DE – 6’4/276
Fifth year senior. Was a solid rotational player until 2018, wasn’t really on the radar. But my first look at Banogu in September resulted in me putting a big star next to this kids name. He has the pro body right now with plus power and technique. He is a step slow when comparing him to other speed rushers, but Collier can help a team in multiple ways. Outstanding use of leverage, lean, and length. This thought carried over month to month and I think this day 3 prospect is one of the top sleepers in the class.
