TULANE
#52 Dominique Briggs – OG – 6’3/295
Junior college transfer. Still relatively new to the OL, as he played defensive line in 2015 prior to moving to OC in 2016. 2 year starter for the Green Wave at OG. Didn’t allow a QB hit or sack in 2017. Still waiting on his 2018 numbers but in 3 games, that remained the same. He has physical shortcomings. Lacks reach and doesn’t engage his legs to move defenders. But I like the footwork, I like his ability to swing his hips in to the hole. Blockers need to play the game with their feet first, hands second. He has the more important part down, can he develop upper body strength and technique? Could be a nice late round find.

Fifth year senior. 1stTeam All Conference USA. Was heading towards North Dakota State in 2014 but he tore his ACL in a basketball game right before signing day. Had to go to junior college for two years. His 3-year career at North Texas was a constant upward ride. He ended up finishing 4thin the nation this year with 23 TFL. He plays fast, sideline to sideline range. Had an elite performance against Arkansas, by far their toughest game of the year.
#16 Kemon Hall – CB – 5’11/190
First Team All Conference USA. The team’s top CB over the past two years, 21 combined pass breakups. Really twitchy and well balanced cover man. Has some good size and a frame that can handle more bulk. His 5 interceptions, 2 of which returned for a touchdown, put him on the radar for the day three area. He has receiver-caliber ball skills and combining that with his quality footwork and agility, I’m intrigued.

Fourth year junior that has already declared. Honorable Mention All Mountain West 2 years in a row. A surprise to some, but his name has been discussed within scouting circles for about a year now. He has the desired size and he will open a lot of eyes in workouts Doesn’t have a ton of production (66 catches / 811 yards over past 2 years) but he will be an early contributor in the NFL. Quality blocker with enough ability to make a difference in the passing game.

#5 Manny Wilkins – QB – 6’3/200
Fifth year senior. Had an up and down career for the Sun Devils. Very slight frame, arguably too slight for NFL minimum standards. Still has plenty of arm strength but he was inaccurate on deep passes. Made some head scratching game management decisions in 2018 that I hate to see out of a senior prospect. I still think someone will take a late round flyer on him, arm talent and intangibles are a plus.

Fifth year senior. Honorable Mention All Pac 12. Not a huge stat sheet guy but I like him way more than most. I thnk Wren is a potential game-wrecker that can be moved around the interior. Unreal bull rush that comes from good lower body explosion and really long arms. Strong, heavy hands. I’ve seen this guy take over the inside running lanes several times. He does so many technique things correctly already and that is a big deal for defensive linemen. Really excited to see what he does at the Shrine Game.

#6 Marcus McMaryion – QB – 6’2/203
Fifth year senior. Spent three years at Oregon State and got his undergraduate degree early, thus not having to lose a year of eligibility by transferring to Fresno State prior to 2017. Has been a big part of turning around the program, has won a lot of games. I haven’t spent much time on him yet and I don’t want use the Boise State game as an indicator too heavily, as most of it was played in the snow. Looking forward to this matchup.
#3 Keesean Johnson – WR – 6’2/199
Fifth year senior. Second Team All Mountain West two years in a row. Will finish near the top of the program’s all time leaders in receiving. Has been their go to guy since 2016, really. Again, this is a guy I need to see more but I don’t know if he will separate from NFL defensive backs. Tracks the ball downfield really well, but I don’t like him in traffic across the middle. If he can test well enough, he will get drafted.
#1 Jamire Jordan – WR – 5’11/170
Fifth year senior. He was the one that led the team in catches in 2015 before Johnson took over that role. And I’m not ready to say he will be graded lower than Johnson when all is said and done. The lack of size will hurt him but his speed and burst jump off the screen. He is the team’s deep threat and I think he was a little under-used when I saw these guys play.

Four year starter. First team All Conference USA. Really mechanically sound and proficient. Has the desired body control paired with good size. Doesn’t have the NFL power presence yet but I like his frame. Practice squad candidate early on in his career with some legit upside.
#30 Darius Harris – LB – 6’2/238
Fifth year senior. First Team All Conference USA. Versatile player that has some thinking he will is a perfect fit for the new age linebacker a la Darius Leonard. Someone that can cover but also blitz the passer and is stout enough against the run. Harris is not Leonard, not close, but I can see why many see it. He is all over the place, brings a lot of pop to his hits. Has a lot of range on all three downs. Excited to see more of him.

Three year starter. Third team all Sun Belt after being second team in 2017. Seven interceptions over the past two years. Size may hurt him a tad but he plays bigger, especially against the run. He attacks ball carriers with no hesitation and has come a long way as a tackler. There is a lot fire in his game. If he times well enough, he could creep up in to middle round territory based on quality tape.
