Justin Herbert / LAC – Round 1
Herbert capped off a stunning rookie season with a 4-touchdown performance in their win against KC. While the opponent already had the #1 seed locked up and rested some key players, it kept the arrow pointing up for a team that transitioned from 14-year starter Phillip Rivers this past offseason.
RB
Jonathan Taylor / IND – Round 2
Taylor went for 253 yards on 30 carries in IND’s week 17 matchup against JAX. It was a big game for the Colts, as they went into it as a potential winner of the AFC South. They heavily relied on the rookie who has scored 7 touchdowns over the last 4 games in addition to averaging 6.7 yards per carry.

Jerry Jeudy / DEN – Round 1
It has been a less than ideal year for Jeudy, the second receiver taken in the 2020 draft, but he ended the year with a bang. Spurred by a 92-yard touchdown in which he showed elite burst and runaway speed, he finished with a 5/140/1 line against LV.
TE
Devin Asiasi / NE – Round 3
Asiasi didn’t play a ton this season, but he ended the year with 2 catches for 39 yards and a touchdown, his lone one of the year. He came into the year without any catches and left it with his first career score.
OT
Michael Onwenu / NE – Round 6
Onwenu ended up being one of the biggest surprises and best overall values of the 2020 draft class. The college guard ended the year with a strong performance against NYJ and should be a building block for the next era of NE football.
OG/OC
Kevin Dotson / PIT – Round 4
With PIT sitting some key players and CLE playing for its playoff life, it was even more impressive that Dotson maintained his dominant pass protection that he has shown all year.
EDGE
Alex Highsmith / PIT – Round 3
With TJ Watt sitting this one out and Bud Dupree a thing of the past due to injury, Highsmith was the feature edge defender just like that. He responded with his second straight strong performance, finishing with 9 tackles, 1 sack, and 1 pressure.
DT
Neville Gallimore / DAL – Round 3
Gallimore really finished the year strong on a defense that is searching for answers as half the league enters the 2020 offseason. He had 4 tackles and a pressure in their loss to DAL. He showed enough promise to give this team at least one answer to a defensive line issue that is sure to be addressed in the coming months.

Jacob Phillips / CLE – Round 3
Phillips stepped up in the absence of Malcolm Smith, who sat out the game because of Covid-19. He finished with a team high 10 tackles while adding 1 TFL, 2 pressures, and a QB hit.
CB
Jeff Gladney / MIN – Round 1
Gladney has been sticky in man coverage all year and really excelled from the slot. He allowed just 2 short catches in the win over DET to cap off a solid year. He added 3 tackles and a pressure as well.
S
Xavier McKinney / NYG – Round 2
McKinney missed most of the year with an injury and wasn’t really thrown into the heavy rotation until week 15. He seemed to get more and more confident as his playing time increased and he saved his best game for week 17. He had 8 tackles and a TFL, showing burst and speed to the ball. He had a 4th quarter interception that helped seal the win and also had a 1st quarter interception that was called off because of a holding call on fellow rookie corner Darnay Holmes.
