Four-year starter. All-Conference USA three years and first-team All-AAC in 2023 after setting a program record in receiving yards. The Frisco Bowl MVP compiled a large load of production over 56 career starts. He left as the program’s all-time leader in yards and catches. The sure thing to his game are his hands. He simply does not let the ball touch the ground if it is within reach. Shows a reliable and natural feel for route running once he gets off the line. The question will be just how fast he can play considering he has a very average-looking frame. The tools just may not be a good enough caliber considering his style of play, but he should get a shot to make a roster and work his way up. Rare pair of hands. Under three percent drop rate with over 300 catches. Easy transitions at the top of his route create separation. Hands pluck the ball and he is quick to tuck and run. Will show some wiggle post-catch to pick up some extra yards. Does not have enough long speed to threaten vertically. Will give too much ground as he avoids press coverage. Not explosive or strong enough to stand out underneath.
