Ourlads' Profile:
2019 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about MYLES GASKIN: Washington, 5092 205 4.58. Four year starter from Lynwood, Washington. A career filled with accolades and school records, Gaskin finished All-Pac 12 every year. Only the second player ever in NCAA-FBS history to rush for over 1,200 yards all four years of his career. The dependable scat back proved he can handle the load, having missed just two games in his career. While the impressive stats-talk could go on and on, he simply doesn’t have the straight line speed or the frame that can stand out in the league. Will have a hard time standing out in any one area in the pros but he likely could fill the back end of a depth chart and offer third down possibilities. Stutter step runner with excellent jump cuts into vertical burst. Good decision maker combined with plus-vision. Allows his blocks to develop but will pounce on the first crease he finds. Can make himself small and slippery with subtle twists and turns of his torso while keeping his hips square. Consistently productive. Hard worker with the blue collar approach and captain mentality. Small frame that appears maxed out that also plays small. Lacks presence on contact with defenders, won’t fall forward enough. Speed and adjustments have a slight hitch. Burst and explosive change of direction isn’t there, needs the extra step or two. Impact as a blocker is minimal at best. Compiled over 1,000 touches in college. 2018 stats: 1268 yds, 4.9 ypc, 12 TD, 21 rec, 77 yds, 3.7 ypr, 1 TD. OSR:9/24. Seventh round/PFA. (A-29 1/2, H-8 3/4, BP-24, SS-4.28).
