Ourlads' Profile:
2018 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about BRANDON PARKER: North Carolina A&T, 6075 305 5.42. Four-year starter at left tackle from Kannapolis, NC. Parker earned first-team All-MEAC honors three straight seasons in addition to the conference lineman of the year award. Carries good measurable traits for the position and has shown flashes of high-ceiling potential. With a wingspan of 84 7/8 inches and fast feet, Parker is a guy that is simply hard to get around. Has strong and accurate hands. Does a good job with planned movement, especially out of his stance and reaches a spot with his kick slide while maintaining balance and control. Can cover a lot of ground in a blink. His initial contact is violent and there are flashes of dominance. Will struggle with two things. He is very high-hipped and has to improve his leverage. Playing as high as he does with a slight lower body strength deficiency will be exposed by NFL pass rushers. He also needs to do a better job of adjusting on the fly. When he has to move laterally in reaction to defenders, he lumbers and looks awkward. OSR:10/38. Fourth/fifth round. (A-35, H-9 3/4, BP-DNP, 10-1.84).
