Tennessee-Chattanooga | H: 6056 W: 331 40: 5.25 A: 3500 H: 1014 W: 8378

Four-year starter, Chattanooga, TN. Three-time first team All SoCon and a 2022 All America. Winner of the Jacobs Blocking Award, given to the SoCon’s top offensive lineman. Has started games at both left tackle and right guard. He is dripping in tools. Has overwhelming size and a quality straight line burst that combined to create a dominant force at a lower level of college football. It is hard to find beats on tape no matter where he lined up. The highly successful blocker measures in like a tackle with extra long limbs. His movement traits, however, scream inside player. His explosion traits and sheer strength will make him an oversized guard capable of swallowing up interior defenders and linebackers. If he can stabilize his joints and create more balance, he will be a quality starting guard. Massive frame in every direction. All size metrics are going to be considered extra-large. Will simply be a wall that takes a long time to get around. Maximizes his reach. Shows a stiff straight arm with an accurate inside hand that stands a defender up and keeps him in place. Fast first two steps convert into power, getting movement downhill. Can body a defender and keep his feet active. Has too much hinge in his game, not enough squat. He does not have the body control and comfort in space to handle pass protection on the edge. Needs to stay on top of his knee bend more consistently. Top heavy with inaccurate hands will make him prone to holding penalties. Adjustment speed and reaction quickness will get sloppy. Abandons techniques too soon and it creates balance issues. Has a set of tools that very few possess inside, but he will need to master better footwork and trust his lower half before he can be trusted in pass protection.

OSR:28/37. 4th/5th round.
