Four-year starter, Martinsburg, WV. Four-time All-PSAC and two-time PSAC Offensive Player of the Year and All-America. The 2021 Harlon Hill Trophy Award winner set an all-time NCAA record with 159 career touchdowns. His 17,034 yards set a new career mark for Division II quarterbacks as well. The highly decorated passer will fight an uphill battle coming from such a low level of college football that almost never produces NFL talent under center. To even be considered for a draft slot, one at this level simply needs to dominate year after year. Bagent did exactly that and more. His production is off the charts but there is a credible NFL arm here as well. He is a confident thrower who can spin it. His ability to make all the throws is there and he has plus-athletic ability on the move. This is a long-term project who has a strong chance of being the first Division II quarterback selected in the draft since 1999. Cannon for arm that creates tremendous torque from his lower half. Has a loose and wiry build that can rotate with snap and explosion. Ball jumps out of his hand. Will trust route concepts and stand tough in the pocket. Can throw a target open via anticipation. Gets it to a spot even if the target is not open yet. Will evade tacklers and run away in space. Sneaky speed in the open field. Inconsistent mechanics will lead to wild throws. Misses too many throws he should make. Got away with poor decisions and still turned the ball over too many times. Has a little too much gunslinger in him. Will be making a massive jump in level of competition. Has already fought through the floor that usually keeps Division II quarterbacks out of the living room but will need to prove his mind can adapt to the complexity and speed of the NFL before he gets put on a gameday roster.

2022 Stats: 400/572, 4580 yds, 69.9%, 41 TD, 8 INT, 71 yds rushing, 5 TD. OSR:6/8. 7th round/PFA.
