Ourlads' Profile:
2021 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about TA'QUON GRAHAM: Texas, 6031 290 4.89. Two-plus year starter, Temple, TX. Made the move from defensive end to defensive tackle when he arrived at Texas. Honorable Mention All-Big 12 in 2020. A unique player when looking at his body type and style of play. Has elite length and a frame that plays extremely wide. Some ball clubs may think he is undersized when it comes to traditional height and weight, but he is learning how to use his physical gifts as a true strength play to play. He is advanced with hand and lockout techniques, as seen how consistently he can stack and shed. A lineman who can be moved around, and the defense can always count on him to perform a specific role. He didn’t take off when it came to production and pass rush, but this is a player worth taking a chance on. Has a freakish body that doesn’t come around often. Muscular build from head to toe. Has the upper body of a power lifter with bowling balls for calves. Elite width and arm length on a body that can easily play low to the ground. Unique tool set to say the least. Has elite stack and shed ability. Can get off single blocks and get to the action. Poses a matchup problem to multiple blockers with his man-strength and body type. Plays under the pads of his man and has a quick trigger when he diagnoses the offense’s intentions. Can turn a tight corner and will make a solid impact when he get his hands on a ball carrier. Lacks anticipation and burst for a defensive lineman that is slightly underweight. Never quite took off when it comes to production behind the line of scrimmage. Lacks a true anchor that can be used on demand. Would like to see more violence with his initial contact. 2020 stats: 23 T, 7 TFL, 2 sacks, 2 QBH, 1 FR. Fifth/sixth round. (A-34 7/8, H-10 5/8, BP-32, 10-1.67).
