Ourlads' Profile:

2020 Guide: What Ourlads' Scouting Services said about ROBERT HUNT: Louisiana, 6051 323 5.30. Four-year starter, Burkeville, TX. Has started games at left guard, left tackle, and right tackle. Was named second-team All Sun Belt in 2018, first-team in 2019 despite missing numerous games with a groin injury. Projects to guard at the next level. Was a good high school basketball player and that kind of foot-speed and quickness shows up on the gridiron with his attractive, moldable frame. He may not be ready for NFL action right away, as he has some footwork issues to clean up and lower body strength to pack on. Depending on where he is drafted, however, he has the look of an eventual starter inside or outside. It is hard to find guys with this kind of size, athletic ability, and body control capabilities. His best tape came against his toughest competition, a good sign in relation to his long term projection. Athletic, angular build for the position with a frame that will host more bulk over time. Light feet capable of manning the outside. Consistent and efficient start to his kick slide that eats up a lot of space under control with hands ready to go. Can mirror a pass rusher that is trying to shake laterally. Understands and practices proper hand-techniques. Will get the initial inside position and fight to re-establish it. Fast in space, can reach linebackers with proper angles. A natural athlete who moves well for his size. Plays too high which leads to an inaccurate initial punch. Will need time to add strength and manpower. Doesn’t derive a lot of force from his lower body. Has a hard time re-anchoring. He gets driven back. Footwork needs to improve, gets too narrow as he moves up the edge. Doesn’t recognize stunts and late blitzes quick enough. Medical issue needs to be addressed. Medical exclusion at Combine. Fifth/sixth round. (A-33 1/2, H-10 3/4, BP-DNP, 10-DNP).
