1. Mendoza, Fernando

Indiana - 6050 / 225

Three-year starter, Miami, FL. Spent three seasons at California including a redshirt in 2022. Transferred to Indiana in 2025 after being one of the most sought after players in the portal. Classic prototype body and build with a frame to handle more weight. A game manager who never seems overwhelmed or confused by what the defense is doing. Feet are in cohesion with hips and release. Shows control of the ball in his drop back and release, allowing for sudden decisions to get it out clean. Gets it out fast and plays on time. Accurate to all levels of the field. Can put some extra velocity on the ball for tight-windows. Proper blend of touch and zip on throws to the sideline. Fits balls into tight windows and sets target up for quick yards after catch. Does not offer much as a dual threat. Will tuck and scramble or check down too soon. Senses phantom rush men at times as he seems to create pressure in his own head. Needs to show a better feel for where and when the pass rush is.

2. Sellers, LaNorris*

South Carolina 6030 / 240

Two-year starter, Florence, SC. Third team All-SEC and winner of the 2024 SEC Freshman of the Year award following a redshirt season. Also won the FWAA Offensive Freshman of the Year nationally. A thick, country-strong frame that plays with functional power. Couples that with runaway speed in space to create a credible dual threat. Shrugs defenders of all sizes in the pocket to help him extend plays. Arm strength can make every throw whether he can step into or not. Can launch deep balls off his back foot with a flick of the wrist if necessary. Snappy release on the move with accuracy. Shows the ability to layer the ball between levels of the defense with proper touch. Can change velocity with ease, showing proper control and awareness. Talented runner and passer with a high explosive play rate and improving ball security. Takes too many big losses on sacks as a result of running backwards. Needs more consistent footwork in the pocket. Ball placement on short-to-intermediate throws can be erratic. Stiff upper body; needs more rotational flexibility.

3. Moore, Dante*

Oregon - 6030 / 206

Two-year starter, Detroit, MI. Began career at UCLA in 2023 where he started five games. Transferred to Oregon in 2024, seeing some action but ultimately utilizing the redshirt. A wiry athlete with excellent rotational capability that makes his throwing motion smooth but explosive. Easy velocity on the ball with a consistently tight spiral and placement. Accurate to all levels. Stays on time and within the structure of the offense. Fast, balanced footwork gets him to where he needs to be in a hurry and will use a rapid release. Balanced and controlled while moving quickly. Protects the ball and keeps it out of harm's way. A sound decision maker with anticipation and fast decision making capabilities. Reads the blitz and feels where pressure is coming from. Successful deep ball thrower. Lacks experience in big games and has a lot of current unknowns. Does not deal with contact well. Plays light and weak, will need to add mass. Rarely makes multiple reads post-snap and has been surrounded by superior talent to this point.

4. Nussmeier, Garrett

LSU - 6005 / 204

Two-year starter, Lake Charles, LA. Son of current New Orleans Saints' offensive coordinator and former NFL quarterback Doug Nussmeier. Fiery competitor who has proven he can play through pain and will himself to a greater level than the sum of his parts. Timing-based passer with anticipation skills. Can throw a receiver open to all levels of the defense. Brave and confident passer who will not hesitate to fit the ball into a key hole. Will play within the structure and get the ball out early. Does not wait for his target to get open. Consistent release and footwork. Will maneuver through a crowded pocket with eyes downfield. Has clearly had quarterback-mechanics and leadership hammered into him. Poor decision maker who gets too aggressive at times. Turns the ball over too much and forces the ball into high-traffic areas with low success potential. Below average tools across the board. Smaller than average, arm-strength is average at best, and struggles to create with his legs.

5. Manning, Arch*

Texas - 6040 / 215

One-year starter, New Orleans, LA. Grandson to Archie and nephew to Peyton and Eli Manning. Thick base with enough twitch and athleticism to be considered a credible dual threat. Has done as much damage with his legs as his arm to this point. Can outrun angles of defenders. Sound decision maker when it comes to scrambling. Understands the importance of a clock versus pressure. Will anticipate space and throw a receiver open. Brave decision maker with physical toughness. Maintains competitive nature through adversity. Lower body mechanics are both polished and consistent from the pocket. Creates tremendous velocity on the ball with a sudden jerk of the hips. Release is fast and crisp. Has been erratic versus pressure. Too many wide misses as he rushes through progressions. Locks in on his target post-snap and will telegraph intentions.
