Rules / Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Ourlads' Scouting Services, LLC Mock Draft Challenge (promotion) is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees and their families of Ourlads are not eligible. No purchase is necessary to win. This promotion is strictly for entertainment purposes only. It may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.

2. Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored by Ourlads’ Scouting Services LLC.

3. Entry Page: To access this promotion, log on to https://www.ourlads.com/nfl-mock-draft-challenge/

4. Registration: To play the promotion, you must register with Ourlads’ Scouting Services LLC. Registration is free. You may register by completing the required information fields on the entry form. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, home address, e-mail address, phone number, and year of birth.

5. Timing: The promotion ends on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at midnight (central time). All previous 7-round mock drafts are eligible.

6. How to Enter: Log on to https://www.ourlads.com/nfl-mock-draft-challenge/ during the promotion period and complete your entry by creating an account and clicking on the “submit” button. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON OR PER E-MAIL ADDRESS. Entries will be considered void with the use of any automated system or the submission of multiple entries. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Ourlads LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any unavailability of or interruptions to any service or equipment used in connection with the promotion.

7. How to Play: After completing the registration information, entrants may make their choices for the first through seventh rounds of the draft. Only those names listed can be used. Points will be awarded based on the correct number or players you choose for each round (they do not have to be in the correct position).

8. Scoring: For each player correctly chosen that was drafted in the first round, one point will be given. For each player correctly chosen that was drafted in the second round, two points will be given. For each player chosen that was drafted in the third round, three points will be given, etc. Tie-Breaker: The contestant with the most correct players in the seventh round, followed by the sixth round, etc. Final tie breaker will be a random drawing. Often teams trade their picks. This is not considered in any way in determining how points will be awarded.

9. Prize: The person with the most points will be awarded a $500.00 cash prize.

10. Winner: Winner will be announced online by June 1, 2024 and will be contacted via phone by this date
